International Immobiliare LLC was created to invest in emerging markets with one simple rule: we only buy what we would be willing to sell under our own name. We operate a flipping model, locate, buy, renovate and sell, and we do it with structure: a company registered in Delaware, defined purchase criteria and market references published on every listing.
We do not work alone. In each city we partner with local suppliers and companies who know the ground: builders, architects, lawyers and managers who deliver under our supervision and our standards. That is how we combine the discipline of a US firm with the knowledge of people who live the market.
For buyers, that means a published price, verifiable information and a single conversation through to signing. For those who invest with us, a repeatable process, documentation in order and measurable results deal by deal.

We renovate with trusted local suppliers and companies, under our supervision and with an investor's eye: functionality, durable finishes and a presentation that shows in daily life, not just in photos.
We sell
We publish the price, photos, video and market references, and negotiate directly with the buyer. We arrange the visit and answer questions with no intermediaries and no surprises through to signing.
