Data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data processed in connection with International Immobiliare / this website, in line with Meta Platform Terms transparency requirements for apps.

How to request deletion

1. Email the contact address published on the site (subject: “Data deletion”) with the email and/or phone you used on the form or a Meta ad, and — if you remember — the property or approximate date.
2. You can also use the Contact form, choose the email channel and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your data.

What we delete

• Inquiries and leads stored in our database (name, contact details, message, attribution tied to that inquiry).
• Internal notes and appointments linked to that inquiry, when we are not legally required to keep them.
• Where possible, a request to measurement providers to stop associating your identity with future events; note that Meta and Google have their own retention policies for aggregated data.

What we may keep

We may keep minimal records needed to show we handled your request, prevent fraud or meet legal duties. Those records are not used for marketing.

Response time

We will acknowledge receipt and complete deletion or tell you if we need more information to identify you, within 30 days of a verifiable request (or sooner if applicable law requires).
